This cleanse will not only help chelate out toxins & heavy metals, but should be adopted as a lifestyle change to increase the resistance of the host (you), if you have any serious disease.
First eat lots of self-hydrating amino acids. In English that means beans, peas, & lentils and lots of them, every single day for 4 to 6 weeks. At the same time, eat lots of apples or natural applesauce.
Drink lots of ONLY distilled water, at least half of your body weight in ounces every day.
If you are asking, is this all I can eat? The answer is no, but, be careful. It is preferred that you eat only raw fruits (very few grapes, no raisins) & vegetables, (no added salt), nuts, (especially almonds). You may also eat large portions of sweet potatoes w/ butter (not Margarine) and spice on a lot of cinnamon (feel free to use cinnamon also on your apples).
On the juices, all the vegetable juice you want.
On the fruit, drink only lemon, lime, or grapefruit (without added sugar).
Go easy on the coffee; replace with green tea if possible.
You may add apple cider vinegar to your drinking water, along with your Water Divine products like Zinc, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Selenium minerals. On the vitamin side take 5,000 mg of Vitamin C, (unless you are extremely hyper already). Take about 10,000 IU of vitamin A, about 1,000 IU of vitamin E (unless you have high blood pressure, start low & build slowly), 1,000 mg of vitamin D daily. It is important that all vitamin products be from plant base, or fish, all natural.
These exercises of discipline will not only help remove toxins & heavy metal buildup, but will also raise your pH dramatically. This will help put you in a position to ward off pathogens & beat diseases. Oh, don't be surprised if you lose a few of those extra pounds of fat also.

Heavy metals are metallic chemical elements with a relatively high density and are toxic or poisonous at low concentrations. Examples of heavy metals include mercury (Hg), cadmium (Cd), arsenic (As), chromium (Cr), thallium (Tl), and lead (Pb). Heavy metals are dangerous because they tend to bioaccumulate, ie they increase in concentration in a biological organism over time, compared to the chemical's concentration in the environment. Compounds accumulate in living things any time they are taken up and stored faster than they are broken down (metabolized) or excreted. Very often, when faced with something the body cannot metabolise, it stores it in the body tissue - frequently but not solely in the fat.
Heavy metals can enter water supplies from industrial and consumer waste, or from acidic rain breaking down soils and releasing heavy metals into streams, lakes, rivers, and groundwater.
In very small amounts, many of these metals are necessary to support life. However, in larger amounts, they become toxic. They may build up in biological systems and become a significant health hazard.
