This is a 24 hour cleanse with rapid cleanse of the Colon, it is very effective. However, it may be too harsh for some individual systems. If completed you will likely see a large volume of (light) green stones passed, ranging from bb size to small marble.
You will need
- 6 level tablespoons of epsom salts added to 16 ounces of water
- 16 ounces of Magnesium from Water Divine
- 4 oz. of Virgin cold pressed Olive Oil
- 20 oz. of Pink Grapefruit juice
Try to fast for 1 day (if fasting is too hard, eat only a breakfast).
At 6:00pm on the day of fast, drink one cup of epsom salts mixture which is 3 level tabelspoons of epsom salts added to 8 ounces of water. (if you choose, you can mix 1-4 oz. of Pink Grapefruit juice to enhance the flavor).
At 8:00pm drink 1 cup of Water Divine's Magnesium + 4 oz. of Pink Grapefruit juice for taste. (stay close to restroom).
At 10:00pm drink 4 oz. of Virgin cold pressed Olive Oil + 4 oz. of Pink Grapefruit juice.
Stir very fast then drink while still mixed; lie down for your night's sleep.
At 8:00am drink another cup of epsom salts mixture which is 3 level tabelspoons of epsom salts added to 8 ounces of water + 4 oz. of Pink Grapefruit juice.
At 10:00am drink 1 cup of Water Divine's Magnesium + 4 oz. of Pink Grapefruit juice for taste.
Hunger will not be a concern. Watch stool for stones.
* Special note---because of rapid evacuation of bowels it would be easy to get dehydrated. So please drink lots of water (filtered or distilled if possible). Also, it would be wise to use a lubricant, such as Vaseline, between restroom breaks to stop chafeing. Don’t make plans for the evening and morning of the cleanse.

Liver Functions
Editor's Note: Many people watch their health and physique decline with the years and are resigned to accepting this as part of "aging". Nothing could be further from the truth.
The liver is the supreme organ of metabolism. It has an enormous number of functions to perform continually and we overlook this fact. Again we are caught up in the modern-day medical focus on symptoms and we do not realise that excessive weight is most often a symptom of liver dysfunction. Attacking overweight by dieting, appetite suppressants and laxatives fails to address the underlying cause - a sluggish liver.
The liver's enormous blood flow (3 pints or 1.4 litres a minute) is evidence of its key role in body metabolism. Here are just some of the liver's functions:
- Regulates carbohydrate metabolism - stores and manufactures glycogen from glucose;
- Stores many nutrients - glycogen, vitamins A and B, and copper;
- Regulates protein metabolism and creates a range of proteins, some of which are involved in the health of the blood vessels;
- Detoxifies many toxins;
- Cleanses the blood;
- Produces bile which is essential for the emulsification and absorption of dietary fats from the small intestine;
- Manufactures the cholesterol the body requires;
- Is responsible for clotting elements in the blood;
- Has a close relationship with the steroid sex hormones - an unhealthy liver results in a loss of libido.
