Gallbladder Cleanse

This also is a 24 hour cleanse, it can be done immediately after the liver cleanse or later (more effective after liver cleanse; hunger is not a problem).

You will need:
  • 1 gallon of pure apple juice (no sugar added)
  • 4 oz. of Virgin cold pressed Olive Oil
  • 4 oz. of lemon juice.
Start drinking pure apple juice early in the day (eat no food), you must consume a full gallon before bedtime.

At bedtime drink 4 oz. of Virgin cold pressed Olive Oil w/ 4 oz. of lemon juice. The next morning you will pass completely different colored stones than before (darker green). Eat when you feel like it.

Editor's Note: The Gallbladder is a pear-shaped sac, 7-10cm long, in the upper right part of the abdomen, under the liver. It is a reservoir for bile produced by the liver.

The correct functioning of the gallbladder depends on the condition of the liver. One of the functions of the liver is to produce a range of proteins for transporting substances such as fats, hormones and drugs around the bloodstream. One of these proteins - HDL - is especially important because it transports cholesterol out of the blood-vessel walls, and prevents the formation of gallstones.

Surgical removal off the gallbladder will not necessarily eliminate all the symptoms because another liver sac will develop to compensate for the unneccessary surgery.

It is better to strengthen the liver (St Mary's or Blessed Thistle is excellent, plus removing all rubbish foods and heavy fats from the diet). Eliminate hard unsaturated fats - dairy foods, margarine (worse than butter), fried foods, cheese and heavy fat, if you suspect gallbladder problems.

Avoid alcohol, sugar, fast foods, food coloring and preservatives.
