- Infection of the middle ear;
- Diseases such as Meniere's disease;
- A temporary reduction in blood supply to the brain caused by suddenly getting up after lying down, for example;
- Hypertension - high blood prssure;
- Arteriosclerosis - hardening of the arteries;
- Taking certain prescription or non-prescription drugs;
- Too much alcohol.

One very good old-time remedy for dizzyness is Ginger - in fact thre are a number of non-pharmaceutical travel sickness remedies basd on Ginger. It's not a bad thing to inclde in your cooking because it helps digstion, and you can get teas based on Ginger also.
If you go to a health food store, or search an online source like iHerb, you will find a range of Ginger-based products and I recommend you try them first.
More Help
"I would like to thank you for a very informative e-book. I hesitated in ordering it, several times. I wanted it, but I was worried that it would not give me any information that I already hadn't researched. I was wrong. I have suffered from bouts of vertigo and anxiety attacks for over 25 years. They come suddenly, and always make my life miserable. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE TIME YOU PUT INTO HELPING ALL OF US, LIKE YOU, WHO SUFFER THIS VERY FRIGHTENING THING." Mary J. WA
